Payment Innovation Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Business Development Sales Officer who excels at creating and closing new opportunities through a consultative sales approach.

You will identify and qualify leads, convert them to sales opportunities with new and existing clients, and drive revenue with entrepreneurial energy. Responsibilities include developing new prospect leads, presenting proposals, negotiating and closing deals, shaping sales and marketing plans, and building relationships

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing, IT or related discipline.
• Strong B2B consultative drive and ability to grow revenue and client base.
• Excellent oral and written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify new sales opportunities and develop new prospect leads and account relationships to meet sales goals and objectives.
• Prepare and present proposals to clients and effectively negotiate and close deals.
• Devise and manage effective sales and marketing plans for targeted services, solutions and segments.
• Manage and build strong relationships with banks, merchants and business partners.
• Keep up with payment industry trends, product offerings and best practices in market.
• Work closely with senior sales management and overseas team members in new programs and initiatives.
• Support other related duties assigned as needed.
