Qualifications

• Able to communicate clearly in Tagalog and English (mandatory)
• Min. Bachelor's degree
• Willing to work fully from office in Makati
• 2–4 years of quota-driven sales experience in: Consumer Lending, Digital Lending, Debt Consolidation, Mediation and Negotiations Advisory Services
• Solutions-based selling of financial products
• Proven history of meeting or exceeding monthly revenue targets
• Experience handling financially distressed or subprime customers preferred

Responsibilities

• Own a defined monthly mediation enrollment/debt consolidation disbursement quota
• Convert inbound and assigned leads into restructuring program enrollments
• Conduct structured financial assessment calls
• Present clear, compelling restructuring solutions
• Overcome affordability and trust objections decisively
• Maintain aggressive follow-up discipline to prevent lead leakage
• Close enrollments within defined cycle times
• Cross-Functional Alignment with credit underwriting, product, marketing, and the growth team
• Leadership readiness: mentoring junior sales officers and onboarding new hires
