Job summary

Private Advertiser in Taguig, Philippines is seeking a Customer Service Representative to respond to high volumes of inbound inquiries across phone and digital channels, delivering timely support.

You will work on-site, handle transactions and service requests with empathy, follow established processes, and escalate complex issues when needed. Training provided; flexible schedule and ability to work overtime as required.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of Customer Service experience in the BPO industry.
• Completed at least 2 years of college education.
• Must be amenable for Voice function.
