A financial services company located in Muntinlupa, Philippines is seeking a customer service representative. You will handle inbound and outbound communications related to financial services, assist customers with their inquiries, and ensure data privacy compliance. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a BPO or customer service role, along with strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a BPO or customer service role.
• Knowledge of basic financial processes such as billing, payments, credit, or banking is preferred.
• Willingness to work on shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays.

• Handle inbound and/or outbound calls, emails, or chats related to financial services.
• Assist customers with account inquiries, billing concerns, loan or credit card applications, payment processing, and dispute resolution.
• Provide accurate information regarding financial products and services.
• Verify client identity and ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or appropriate departments when needed.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction in every interaction.
• Meet performance metrics such as quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction scores.
• Document and update customer records in the system accurately.

• At least 1 year of experience in a BPO or customer service role (financial account experience is an advantage).
• At least 1st yr completed in college
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Knowledge of basic financial processes such as billing, payments, credit, or banking is preferred.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet KPIs.
• Willingness to work on shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays as required.
• Proficiency in computer applications and CRM systems.
