TTEC is hiring a Chat Customer Service Representative to work onsite in Lipa. You will resolve customer issues via chat channels, including text, email, and social media, using written communication to deliver an exceptional experience.

Two years of college or equivalent and at least 6 months in customer service are preferred. Expect a supportive, inclusive culture with a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Completed 2 years in college or equivalent.
• At least 6 months customer service experience or background in lending/financial services.
• Recognize, apply and explain product or service knowledge.
• Computer experience required.

Responsabilités

• Resolve customer issues via chat services including chat, text, email, social media and other nonverbal platforms.
• Answer incoming communications from customers.
• Connect and resolve issues with customers using written communication only.
