Reviews cash advances, liquidation, and reimbursements made through Petty Cash Fund before forwarding to Section Head: CRM (Finance) for approval.
Monitors employee's cash advances and follows-up liquidation thereof through written office.
Prepares and ensures remittances of the following:
Monthly SSS loans and contributions
Monthly PhilHealth contributions
Monthly Pag-IBIG loans and contributions
Monthly Tax withheld on compensation and expanded tax
Monthly/Quarterly Value-added tax (VAT) remittances
Quarterly Fringe-benefit tax remittance
Quarterly and Annual Income Tax Return supported by expense allocations.
Journal entry of cash advances made through check voucher; files all check vouchers liquidated.
Record of materials and supplies issuance and reconciles Supplies & Materials Inventory account with actual inventory account.
Summarize and analyze Financial Statements of invited contractors of supplies and services for biding purposes.
Maintain accurate general ledger entries and financial statements.
Monitor cash flow, reserves, and operating budgets.
Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial forecasts.
Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Provide variance analysis between actuals and budgeted figures.
Ensure compliance with HOA bylaws, state regulations, and accounting standards.
Support external auditors during annual audits.
Maintain proper documentation for financial transparency.
Attends Annual General Membership Meeting.
Prepares other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Bachelor of Science in Accountancy.
Knowledge in SAP is an advantage.
Have an outstanding customer-focused attitude and approach.
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
Self-motivated, self-starter, creative, and has the ability to deal well with all levels in the organization and community.
Willing to work in Ayala Alabang Village.
