Job summary

Lennor Group in Pasay City is seeking a Finance Director to partner with the CFO across Controllership, Treasury, and Tax, overseeing day-to-day finance functions and driving governance in a fast-paced wholesale distribution setting.

You will lead multi-entity consolidation, ensure accurate group reporting, and steer finance transformation including SAP B1/HANA optimization; you will also build and mentor the finance leadership team for long-term succession.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
• 12+ years in Finance with 5+ in senior leadership or people management
• Experience with multi-entity consolidation and group reporting
• Background in distribution, trading, FMCG or similar fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of SAP Business One / SAP HANA
• Solid understanding of accounting, financial reporting, treasury, taxation and internal controls
• CPA license is preferred (if applicable)
• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage

About the Role:

The Finance Director serves as the key deputy to the CFO, overseeing the day-to-day finance functions across Controllership, Treasury, and Tax . The role ensures strong financial governance, accurate group reporting, and standardized finance processes across multiple entities while supporting the CFO on strategic, capital, and commercial decisions. The Finance Director will also lead finance transformation initiatives, including SAP Business One / SAP HANA optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the Controllership, Treasury, and Tax functions through their respective department heads.
• Establish and maintain robust financial policies, procedures, control standards across the Company, and ensure appropriate segregation of duties, financial governance, and risk management practices all the teams.
• Provide oversight of multi-entity consolidation and ensure the integrity and consistency of group financial reporting.
• Lead the finance agenda for SAP Business One / SAP HANA , ensuring effective system utilization and alignment with business requirements.
• Partner closely with the CFO in supporting strategic, capital allocation, investment, and commercial decisions .
• Lead, coach, and develop the finance leadership team and broader finance organization.
• Develop succession plans and leadership depth across the finance organization.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 12 years of progressive experience in Finance, Accounting, or Controllership, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or people-management capacity.
• Proven experience managing multi-entity finance operations and group consolidation.
• Background in distribution, trading, FMCG, or other fast-paced commercial environments.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP Business One / SAP HANA or comparable ERP systems.
• Solid understanding of accounting, financial reporting, treasury, taxation, and internal controls.

Good to Have Qualifications:

• CPA license is preferred.
• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• Experience in shared services, regional, or group finance environments is highly preferred.
