• CPA or equivalent professional qualification is highly preferred.
• 12–15 years of progressive finance experience in senior leadership roles.
• Experience in retail, fashion, consumer products, FMCG, or other multi-site, high-volume, fast-paced industries.
• SAP Business One experience is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership and ability to partner with C-suite executives and senior management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Finance Director and executive management in developing and executing the organization’s financial strategy and business plans.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and performance analysis.
• Provide strategic recommendations on profitability, margins, pricing, cost management, investments, and business expansion.
• Oversee financial performance across multiple sites, business units, and operating segments.
• Lead commercial finance initiatives and provide financial insights to support major business decisions.
• Oversee cash flow, working capital, liquidity, and treasury management.
• Establish and maintain robust financial governance, internal controls, policies, and risk management processes.
• Lead and support major financial and commercial negotiations with landlords, suppliers, brand principals, and other strategic partners.
• Drive finance transformation, process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Evaluate financial risks and opportunities and provide recommendations to senior leadership.
• Develop financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses for strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with Operations, Commercial, Procurement, and other functions to improve overall business performance.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and meaningful financial reporting to management.
• Lead, mentor, and develop finance managers and teams while building a high-performing finance organization.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements, company policies, and internal controls.
