Job summary

Lennor Group in Pasay City is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to lead forward‑looking planning, budgeting, and forecasting. You will develop pricing and margin models, evaluate opportunities, and partner with business leaders to drive profitability and strategic decisions.

The role requires 8+ years in FP&A or related finance functions, with strong Excel and BI skills, and a proven ability to deliver actionable dashboards and insights for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of FP&A, Commercial Finance, Business Finance, or a related finance function.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and BI/reporting tools.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate financial data into practical business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Group’s annual budgeting, financial planning, and rolling forecast processes.
• Build and maintain pricing and margin models by SKU, product category, and region, incorporating landed costs, logistics, duties, and other relevant cost drivers.
• Partner with Division Heads and commercial teams on volume, pricing, product mix, and profitability decisions.
• Produce management dashboards, financial reports, and KPI analyses for senior leadership.
• Evaluate new commercial deals, projects, capital investments, and strategic initiatives against established hurdle rates and financial return requirements.
• Develop financial models and business cases to assess profitability, payback, ROI, and potential financial impact.

About The Role

The Commercial Finance / FP&A Manager will lead the company’s forward‑looking financial planning and commercial finance capabilities, providing actionable insights that support growth, pricing, profitability, and investment decisions across the Group’s business lines. This role will own the annual budgeting and rolling forecasting process, develop pricing and margin models, evaluate commercial opportunities, and partner closely with business leaders to drive informed decisions around volume, pricing, costs, and profitability. The position will also provide management with timely dashboards, performance analysis, and forward‑looking insights to support strategic and operational decision‑making.

• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and BI/reporting tools.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate financial data into practical business recommendations.

Good To Have Qualifications

• MBA or CFA is a strong advantage.
• Experience in distribution, trading, FMCG, manufacturing, or other commercially driven industries is strongly preferred.
• Experience working across multiple business units, product categories, or geographic markets.
