Job summary

Lennor Group in the Philippines seeks a Financial Reporting Manager (Record-to-Report) based in Pasay City to lead the GL and R2R functions, oversee month-end close, consolidation, and financial reporting, and ensure data accuracy and timeliness.

You will manage entity-level and consolidated FS, balance sheet reconciliations, and collaborate with auditors while improving R2R processes, controls, and SAP Business One / HANA reporting structures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA license required.
• At least 6 years in accounting and financial reporting with GL, month-end close and consolidation.
• Strong knowledge of PFRS / financial reporting standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the month-end and year-end closing process.
• Prepare entity-level and consolidated financial statements.
• Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and improve reconciliation processes.
• Coordinate with external auditors and support statutory reporting.
• Maintain and optimize the chart of accounts and reporting structures in SAP B1/HANA.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of GL accounts and reporting data.
• Identify opportunities to improve R2R processes, reporting efficiency, and controls.

About the Role:

The GL / Financial Reporting Manager leads the Record-to-Report function, overseeing the month-end close, consolidation, financial reporting, and general ledger operations under the Financial Controller. The role is critical in strengthening the organization’s reporting and reconciliation processes while ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of financial information.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the month-end and year-end closing process and manage the GL team to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Prepare and review entity-level and consolidated financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
• Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and drive the redesign and improvement of reconciliation processes.
• Coordinate with external auditors and support statutory reporting and audit requirements.
• Maintain and optimize the chart of accounts, reporting structures, and financial hierarchies within SAP Business One / HANA.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of general ledger accounts and financial reporting data.
• Identify opportunities to improve R2R processes, reporting efficiency, controls, and automation.
• Partner with the Financial Controller and other finance teams to resolve reporting issues and strengthen financial controls.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
• At least 6 years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience, with strong exposure to GL, month-end close, and consolidation.
• Strong knowledge of PFRS / financial reporting standards.

Good to Have Qualifications:

• Direct experience with SAP Business One / SAP HANA
• Experience handling multiple entities / subsidiaries with different reporting requirements
• Background in FMCG, distribution, trading, manufacturing, or other multi-entity commercial environments
