Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• At least 3 years of financial management experience including budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis.
• Proven ability to independently manage full financial scope of a production site/base.
• Fluent in Chinese with English or Filipino as working language.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall financial management of the production site, including budgeting, cost control, financial planning, and analysis.
• Develop and optimize financial processes, controls, and procedures to ensure efficient finance operations.
• Monitor financial performance, costs, and cash flow, providing insights and recommendations to support management decisions and cost optimization.
• Provide financial evaluation and support for major projects and investments, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Lead and manage the finance team, coordinating with cross-functional teams for effective planning and control.

About The Role

The Overseas Finance Manager (Philippines) is responsible for the overall financial management and monitoring of the company's Philippine production base. The role covers budgeting, cost control, financial analysis, finance process optimization, team management, and financial support for key business decisions. The Finance BP will work closely with the production base's management and operations teams to ensure effective financial management and efficient execution of finance functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall financial management of the production site, including budgeting, cost control, financial planning, and analysis.
• Develop and optimize financial processes, controls, and procedures to ensure efficient and accurate finance operations.
• Monitor financial performance, operational costs, and cash flow, providing financial insights and recommendations to support management decisions and cost optimization.
• Provide financial evaluation and support for major projects, investments, and business initiatives, while ensuring compliance with local regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.
• Lead and manage the finance team, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective financial planning, coordination, and control of business activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of financial management experience, with hands-on experience in production/manufacturing finance, including budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis.
• Proven ability to independently manage the full financial scope of a production site/base.
• Fluent in Chinese and able to use English or Filipino as a working language.
• Strong financial management, analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

Good To Have Qualifications

• CPA is preferred.
• Experience working in Southeast Asia, particularly in an expatriate or overseas assignment.
• Experience working in manufacturing or production environment.
