Job summary

Lennor Group in Pasay City is seeking a Finance Director to partner with the CFO across Controllership, Treasury, and Tax, overseeing day-to-day finance functions and driving governance in a fast-paced wholesale distribution setting.

You will lead multi-entity consolidation, ensure accurate group reporting, and steer finance transformation including SAP B1/HANA optimization; you will also build and mentor the finance leadership team for long-term succession.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
12+ years in Finance with 5+ in senior leadership or people management
Experience with multi-entity consolidation and group reporting
Background in distribution, trading, FMCG or similar fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge of SAP Business One / SAP HANA
Solid understanding of accounting, financial reporting, treasury, taxation and internal controls
CPA license is preferred (if applicable)
MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage

Responsibilities

Oversee Controllership, Treasury, and Tax across department heads
Establish and maintain robust financial policies and governance
Provide oversight of multi-entity consolidation and group reporting integrity
Lead finance transformation initiatives including SAP B1/HANA optimization
Partner with CFO on strategic, capital allocation, investments and commercial decisions
Lead, coach, and develop the finance leadership team and broader finance organization
Develop succession plans and leadership depth across the finance organization
