Job summary

Lewis Personnel Management seeks an experienced Finance Director to lead the finance and accounting functions of a growing international organization with multi-market operations. The role will oversee financial planning, reporting, accounting operations, financial controls, compliance, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

You will work closely with senior leadership and regional stakeholders to provide financial insights to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• CPA qualification is highly preferred
• 8-12+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, with significant leadership
• Proven experience managing a finance or accounting function
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis background
• Solid knowledge of Philippine accounting, taxation, reporting, and regulatory requirements
• Experience working with senior leadership and regional/international stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of financial controls, risk management, and governance
• Experience using ERP/accounting systems and financial reporting tools
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Responsibilities

About the role

The Finance Director will oversee financial planning, reporting, accounting operations, financial controls, compliance, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
