Job summary

Integrated OS in the Philippines is seeking a Finance Assistant to join our offshore finance team. You will support monthly management accounts, handle accounts payable and accounts receivable, and assist the Financial Controller in maintaining accurate financial records.

The role requires 3+ years in finance, a Bachelor of Commerce or similar, strong English communication, experience with ERP systems (MS Dynamics 365 Business Central preferable), and the ability to work NZ/Australia-facing

Qualifications

Bachelor-level accounting qualification or diploma.
Minimum 3 years' experience as a finance assistant or similar.
Working knowledge of accounting standards and ERP systems.
Experience preparing management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations.
Strong written and oral English communication.

Responsibilities

Prepare monthly management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations and schedules.
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable; perform data entry and matching.
Assist with budgets, forecasts and year-end data.
Maintain accurate accounting records and reporting; ensure compliance.
Reconcile bank statements and maintain general ledger entries.
