Job summary

BillEase is seeking a Field Training Specialist in Cavite (Naic area) to deliver on-site training for Sales Associates and drive customer engagement skills. The role requires hands-on coaching, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement of training programs to boost sales outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2 years of solid training experience.
• Preferably Sales Training experience.
• Strong process orientation with ability to implement structured training methodologies.
• Analytical and evaluation skills to assess training impact.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to motivate diverse teams.
• Willingness to work 100% in the field, traveling to various locations, including weekends.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Training Delivery and Support:

• Conduct on-site training sessions for Sales Associates, focusing on Billease products, sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies.

• Ensure all SAs have a thorough understanding of sales financing processes, policies, and best practices.

• Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to enhance individual and team performance.

Performance Evaluation:

• Monitor and evaluate SA performance in the field, identifying strengths and areas for improvement.

• Provide actionable feedback and implement tailored training plans to address performance gaps.

Process Improvement:

• Collaborate with the sales leadership team to streamline and improve field training processes.

• Develop training materials, tools, and resources that align with Billeases objectives and values.

Field Engagement:

• Conduct 100% fieldwork to observe and support SAs during live customer interactions.

• Act as a liaison between the SAs and management to address challenges and implement solutions promptly.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Leverage analytical skills to track training outcomes and SA performance metrics.

• Prepare and present reports on training effectiveness and recommendations for continuous improvement.

The Ideal Candidate:

• 2 years of Solid Training experience

• Preferably has Sales Training experience

• Strong process orientation with the ability to implement structured training methodologies.

• Analytical and evaluation skills to assess SA performance and training impact.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and engage diverse teams, particularly in their assigned areas' local language.

• Willingness and ability to work 100% in the field, traveling to various locations as required, including weekends and non-standard work hours

• Flexibility to adapt to different work conditions and team dynamics.

• Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and training.
