Job summary

Billease is seeking a Training Delivery Specialist to equip Sales Assistants with financing processes, policies, and best practices. The role focuses on training delivery and rapid knowledge transfer in the field.

The Job

Key Responsibilities:

• Training Delivery and Support: Ensure all SAs have a thorough understanding of sales financing processes, policies, and best practices.
• Performance Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate SA performance in the field, identifying strengths and areas for improvement.
• Process Improvement: Develop training materials, tools, and resources that align with BillEases objectives and values.
• Field Engagement: Act as a liaison between the SAs and management to address challenges and implement solutions promptly.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Prepare and present reports on training effectiveness and recommendations for continuous improvement.

The Ideal Candidate

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of extensive experience in sales financing or a related field.
• Prior coaching or field training experience is strongly preferred.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong process orientation with the ability to implement structured training methodologies.
• Analytical and evaluation skills to assess SA performance and training impact.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and engage diverse teams, particularly in their assigned area's local language.

Work Environment:

Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and training.
