Job summary

BillEase is seeking a Field Training Specialist in Cavite (Naic area) to deliver on-site training for Sales Associates and drive customer engagement skills. The role requires hands-on coaching, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement of training programs to boost sales outcomes.

You will travel to various locations, conduct live sessions, and collaborate with sales leadership to refine processes. Strong communication and analytical abilities are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2 years of solid training experience.
• Preferably Sales Training experience.
• Strong process orientation with ability to implement structured training methodologies.
• Analytical and evaluation skills to assess training impact.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to motivate diverse teams.
• Willingness to work 100% in the field, traveling to various locations, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site training sessions for Sales Associates focusing on Billease products, sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies.
• Ensure SAs understand sales financing processes, policies, and best practices.
• Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to enhance individual and team performance.
• Monitor SA performance in the field and provide actionable feedback with tailored training plans.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to streamline field training processes and develop training materials.
• Observe live customer interactions and act as liaison between SAs and management to address challenges.
• Leverage data to track training outcomes and prepare reports on effectiveness and recommendations for improvement.
