Job summary

BillEase is seeking an experienced Training Specialist to build and deliver field‑based programs for Sales Associates in Lucena, Quezon Province. You will train on Billease products, sales techniques, and engagement strategies to drive performance.

You will coach teams, monitor field outcomes, and collaborate with sales leadership to refine training processes. This role requires 100% field presence, weekend travel, and strong communication in the local language.

Qualifications

• 2 years of solid training experience.
• Preferably has sales training experience.
• Strong process orientation with the ability to implement structured training methodologies.
• Analytical and evaluation skills to assess SA performance and training impact.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and engage diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site training sessions for Sales Associates, focusing on Billease products, sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies.
• Ensure all SAs have a thorough understanding of sales financing processes, policies, and best practices.
• Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to enhance individual and team performance.
• Monitor and evaluate SA performance in the field, identifying strengths and areas for improvement.
• Provide actionable feedback and implement tailored training plans to address performance gaps.
• Collaborate with the sales leadership team to streamline and improve field training processes.
• Develop training materials, tools, and resources that align with BillEase's objectives and values.
• Conduct 100% fieldwork to observe and support SAs during live customer interactions.
• Act as a liaison between the SAs and management to address challenges and implement solutions promptly.
• Leverage analytical skills to track training outcomes and SA performance metrics.
• Prepare and present reports on training effectiveness and recommendations for continuous improvement.
