Job summary

BillEase is seeking an experienced Training Delivery Specialist to conduct on-site training for Sales Associates (SAs) in the Las Piñas area. You will focus on Billease products, sales techniques, and customer engagement to ensure thorough understanding of processes and policies.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of solid training experience, preferably in sales training, with strong analytical and communication skills to drive performance across assigned areas.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of solid training experience, preferably in sales training.
• Strong process orientation and ability to implement structured training methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to motivate diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site training sessions on Billease products and sales techniques.
