Job summary

Link Business Process Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a self-driven Merchant Acquisition Specialist to grow our partner network in Davao City. You will prospect, present fintech solutions, and sign contracts with small to mid-sized merchants.

You will manage relationships, monitor merchant performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets. The role rewards initiative, communication and a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience in merchant acquisition, sales, account management, or related field is a plus.
• Familiar with fintech, ecommerce, technology, banking and retail industry is a plus.
• Able to develop strong relationship with merchant partners.
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

CORE FUNCTION

• Responsible for establishing and managing the merchant acquisition business in an assigned area

• Will develop and monitor business contribution of handled merchants

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identifying and acquiring new merchants through proactive prospecting and lead generation.

• Client acquisition through product presentation, product demonstration, negotiation, contract signing and accreditation with small to mid-sized businesses within an assigned geographic area.

• Relationship management through client communication, account management and customer retention.

• Cross Functional Collaboration, Team Coordination, Sales Reporting and Tracking

JOB QUALIFICATION

• College Graduate, college diploma course graduate, at least two (2) years' experience in merchant acquisition, sales, account management, customer success or related field is a plus

• Familiar with fintech, ecommerce, technology, banking and retail industry is a plus

• Able to develop strong relationship with the merchant partners

• Highly motivated and target-driven individual

• Good communication, interpersonal and multi-tasking skills

• Positive attitude, attention to detail and customer oriented

• Proficient in Ms. Excel and PowerPoint

• Equipped with Motorcycle/Car as mode of transportation is a plus
