Responsibilities

• Conduct daily sales activities to meet the company's sales and productivity targets.
• Oversee the day-to-day sales activities of agents under your leadership.
• Set sales targets for sales agents, monitor progress, and ensure achievement of targets.
• Develop daily and weekly itineraries for the agents to ensure required client visits are met.
• Attend to issues raised by agents in the team and strive to develop solutions; if needed, escalate to Field Sales Supervisor.
• Ensure that sales operations conducted by agents are within company standards and support company values.
• Implement marketing and promotional campaigns to support sales growth.
• Build a highly productive sales team.
• Handle the hiring and performance management of sales agents under your team.
• Ensure that your sales teams have the right tools, skills, product knowledge, and discipline to achieve high performance.
• Deliver on sales targets.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of related experience in industries such as Lending/Financing, Banking, Credit and Collections, Local BPOs focused on Debt Management, Underwriting, or Sales of a Financing Product.
