Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking a driven Sales Associate to grow our market presence in Metro Manila. You will identify opportunities, visit customers, build relationships, and strive to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

The role requires 2–3 years in marketing (food manufacturing preferred), a good academic standing, and a valid driver’s license. Fresh graduates with strong training and active involvement in organizations may also apply. On-site work in Valenzuela.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with good academic standing; Latin Honors advantageous.
• 2–3 years marketing experience, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
• Fresh graduates may be considered if they have extensive marketing training and active involvement in organizations.
• Driver's license or ability to drive is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territory.
• Visit existing and potential customers to present products/services.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
