Qualifications

• Graduate of Civil Engineering/ Marketing or business related course.
• Proven experience in a technical sales or sales engineering role, preferably in the construction industry.
• Can develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services, including their features, functionality, and technical specifications.
• A customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Good command of the English language - to facilitate effective client interaction and meticulous review and revision of contracts.
• Effective handling of complaints and customer issues.
• Sales skills, including market analysis and finding potential clients.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and/or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms)
• Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge in using CRM and sales tracking tools.
• Willingness to do fieldwork (travel as required)
• With Drivers license (automatic and/or manual 4-wheel vehicle)
• Must be willing to cover Mandaluyong-Pasig all the way to Tarlac.
