Qualifications

• Ability to work independently in the field with team collaboration.
• Physical ability to work on construction/service sites.
• CAD software familiarity is advantageous.
• Reliable, punctual and professional.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel across Metro Manila.

About the role

We are seeking a Field Partner Associate to join ZC Kings Manpower Janitorial Services Cooperative in Manila City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position offering a unique opportunity to work in the engineering and technical services sector, specifically within engineering drafting and field operations. As a Field Partner Associate, you will serve as a vital link between our engineering teams and on-site operations, ensuring that technical specifications and project requirements are accurately translated and implemented in the field. This role is fundamental to maintaining the quality and precision of our service delivery and supporting the successful completion of projects.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and liaise with field teams to ensure technical drawings, specifications and project documentation are accurately understood and implemented on site
• Conduct site inspections and surveys to verify compliance with engineering standards and technical requirements
• Prepare and maintain accurate field reports, including observations, measurements and photographic documentation
• Support the drafting team by collecting on-site data and providing feedback on technical feasibility and field conditions
• Assist in quality assurance inspections to ensure work meets established engineering and safety standards
• Communicate technical information clearly between the engineering department and field operations teams
• Maintain and organise project documentation, drawings and field notes in accordance with company procedures
• Support the resolution of field-related technical issues and discrepancies
• Ensure adherence to health, safety and environmental regulations on all job sites

What we're looking for

• Completed secondary education as a minimum; vocational or technical qualification in engineering, drafting or a related field is highly desirable
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints and engineering specifications
• Strong mathematical and measurement skills with experience using surveying instruments or digital measurement tools
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to diverse teams
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and field reporting
• Ability to work independently in the field whilst maintaining strong collaboration with team members
• Physical capability to work on construction or service sites, including climbing, bending and lifting when required
• Familiarity with computer-aided design (CAD) software or engineering documentation systems is advantageous
• Proven reliability, punctuality and professional conduct
• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to various sites across Metro Manila
