Job summary

BDO Network Bank is seeking an Account Officer for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises to drive loan volumes while ensuring profitability and quality. You will engage with clients on field visits, assess loan viability, and coordinate with teams to process applications and maintain high service standards.

The role requires daily field work, a four- or five-year degree, and strong selling and communication skills, with preference for those who can ride a motorcycle.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a four- or five-year degree.
• Strong selling, communication and customer service.
• Willingness to do field work on a daily basis.
• Basic math and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with word processing and spreadsheets.
• Field/sales experience in Microfinance is a plus.
• Motorcycle driving ability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Solicit microfinance loan accounts via field visits.
• Analyze loan applicants to assess feasibility.
• Initiate credit and collection activities to safeguard quality.
• Coordinate processing/servicing with other units.
• Review loan files and documents for accuracy.
• Execute sales and marketing activities to meet targets.
