Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a field-based sales professional in Davao City to acquire merchants for the Cash Agad program, coordinate enrollment forms, and gather required documents.

You will work with branches to generate client referrals and leads and monitor after-sales support on onboarding matters. The role requires travel within the area, 2–3 years of sales experience in banking/fintech, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year course.
• At least 2–3 years sales experience in a bank or fintech/financial institution.
• Exposure in sales, relationship management, trade area marketing, SME, MSME.
• Willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct lead gathering activities within the trade area of assignment.
• Engage and acquire merchants in the trade area.
• Assist acquired partner merchants in filling up Cash Agad enrollment forms and collect due diligence documents.
• Submit collected forms and due diligence documents to client support in the most timely and efficient manner.
• Coordinate partner merchants trainings, meetings and activities.
• Coordinate and attend branch area meetings
• Manage and submit monthly sales report to Business Development Manager
• Provide relevant on-ground feedback to Business Development Manager
• Submit regularly status reports/project updates
• Coordinate and support ground activities and events
