BDO Unibank, Inc. is seeking a backroom support professional to assist the Acquiring Sales Team in Cebu City. You will help supervise Provincial Business Centers and Satellite Offices, ensuring compliant operations.

You will handle merchant inquiries, monitor response times, and coordinate with Merchant Services, the call center, branches, and other internal units. The role requires clear communication and a background in sales or marketing.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of a four-year business course.
• At least 1 year experience in Sales / Marketing.
• Good communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Assist the Unit Head in overseeing Provincial Business Center / Satellite Offices of Acquiring and institute procedures and policies for smooth operation of the Unit.
• Takes and handles queries and concerns from merchants; maintains and monitors response turn around time of sales teams.
• Coordinates with the Acquiring group all requests from Merchant Services Unit, BDO call center, branches and other internal units.
• Calls merchant to follow-up on lacking documentation.
