City Savings Bank, Inc. is seeking a Branch Collection Associate to monitor on-time billing and collections across the branch loan portfolio.

The role includes evaluating clients’ payment capability and performing restructuring when needed, with a focus on reducing non-performing loans and maintaining high service standards. The position requires a bachelor's degree, driving skills (motorcycle) with a valid license, and willingness to travel within the area.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree graduate.
• Experience in loans and collection is an advantage.
• Driving skills is a must (motorcycle), with driver's license.
• Good oral and written communication skills with proficiency in the local dialect.
• Willing to travel extensively and highly familiar with the area of operations.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and execute on-time billing and collections of the branch loans portfolio.
• Monitor non-performing loans and take actions to reduce them.
• Perform collection activities: redemption, posting payments, restructuring, billings, condonation, field visits, letters and SMS sends.
• Perform account analysis and evaluate client’s ability to pay.
• Compute possible loan restructures and prepare necessary reports.
• Check documents for completeness, timeliness, and accuracy.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients per established standards.
