Job summary

City Savings Bank, Inc. is seeking a Branch Collection Associate to monitor on-time billing and collections for the branch loans portfolio and to contribute to reducing non-performing loans.

The role requires strong attention to detail, good communication, and willingness to travel within the area. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in loans and collection is an advantage.
• Driving skills (motorcycle) with a valid license.
• Good oral and written communication in the local dialect.
• Willing to travel extensively and familiar with the area of operations.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Achieve collection targets for the NPL portfolio and KPIs.
• Perform collections activities: redemption, posting payments, restructuring, billings, condonation, field visits, SMS.
• Analyze accounts to assess client's ability to pay.
• Compute possible loan restructurings.
• Prepare and submit required reports on time.
• Check documents for completeness, timeliness, and accuracy.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients per bank standards.
