Job summary

City Savings Bank is seeking a Branch Collection Associate to monitor on-time billing and collections for the branch loans portfolio, and to track non-performing loans with actions to reduce them.

The role covers performing collection activities, account analyses, potential loan restructures, report submissions, and ensuring complete, timely documentation while delivering excellent customer service. Travel across the area is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• Loan and collection experience is an advantage.
• Must have driving skills (motorcycle) with a valid license.
• Good oral and written communication in the local dialect.
• Willing to travel extensively and familiar with the area of operations.

Responsibilities

• Achieve collection and operational targets for the NPL portfolio.
• Handle collection activities such as redemption, posting payments, restructuring, billing, condonation, field visits, letters and SMS.
• Perform account analysis to evaluate client’s ability to pay and possible restructures.
• Prepare and submit required reports on time.
• Ensure documents are complete, timely, and accurate; provide excellent customer service.
