Job summary

City Savings Bank invites applications for a Branch Collection Associate to oversee timely billing and collections for the branch loans portfolio. The role includes monitoring non-performing loans, performing analyses, and ensuring accuracy of documents while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Experience in loans and collection is an advantage.
• Driving license and motorcycle operation is required.
• Good oral and written communication in the local dialect.

Responsibilities

• Achieve collection targets for the NPL portfolio and overall branch KPIs.
• Handle all collections activities: redemption, posting of payments, restructuring, billings, condonation, field visits, collection letters, and SMS sends.
• Perform account analysis and assess client’s ability to pay.
• Consider restructuring options for loans where appropriate.
• Complete required reports and submit on time.
• Verify documents for completeness, timeliness, and accuracy.
• Provide excellent customer service following established standards.
