Job summary

You will interact with landlords, tenants, and service providers, handle inquiries, collect work orders, and maintain documentation while following defined procedures under supervision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with landlords, tenants, and service providers to ensure procedures are followed.
• Acknowledge client inquiries and collect work orders.
• Monitor progress and collect information reports on performance.
• File work orders, proposals, and department paperwork submitted by vendors.
• Support waste disposal and recycling monitoring and compliance.
