Job summary

CBRE in Taguig is seeking a Technical Facilities Coordinator to work with clients, vendors and contractors to ensure that facility tasks and work orders are completed efficiently.

The role focuses on operations support for a portfolio of assets with duties including processing work orders, monitoring progress, and maintaining careful records. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in engineering and at least 2 years' facilities experience, and is available for a shifting schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Vocational Graduate in engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as Facilities Coordinator handling vendors, contractors, projects, processing work orders, purchase orders and invoices.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications.

Responsibilities

• Work with landlords, tenants, and service providers to implement procedures and reporting formats.
• Acknowledge client inquiries and collect work orders.
• Collect information reports to track performance and progress.
• File work orders, proposals, and department files submitted by vendors.
• Monitor activities outside the building, including waste disposal and recycling.
