Job summary

CBRE GWS IFM PHILS. CORP. is seeking a Facilities Associate in Metro Manila to oversee team activities coordinating with clients, vendors and contractors to ensure work orders are completed.

The role forms part of Facilities Management, supporting Property Managers with repairs and investment plans. You will act as a primary contact for escalated communications, allocate work orders, review reports, and ensure accuracy of vendor submissions while identifying opportunities for process

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of job-related experience.
• Understanding of processes, procedures, systems and concepts within own job function.
• Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content concisely and logically.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Advanced math skills including calculations of percentages, discounts and markups.

Responsibilities

• Act as point of contact for escalated communications between landlord, tenants, and service providers, ensuring procedures and formats are understood and followed.
• Allocate work orders and schedule repairs from requests.
• Review data from work order reports and prepare performance and progress status reports for management.
• Review all work orders, proposals, and vendor paperwork for accuracy and compliance.
• Inspect rooms and furniture to identify needs for repairs or renovations.
• Fix minor malfunctions in office equipment.
• Research new services and appliances to improve operations.
• Analyze data to identify and solve complex problems with little precedent; propose new techniques as needed.
• Support own team and closely related teams while suggesting process improvements to boost efficiency.
