Job summary

The role sits within the Facilities Management team, supporting Property Managers with repairs and investment plans, ensuring adherence to procedures and reporting formats. You will acknowledge inquiries, collect work orders, monitor progress, and file documents per established processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with up to 2 years of related experience.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
• Strong communication to exchange straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic math for calculating percentages, discounts, and markups.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with landlords, tenants, and service providers to ensure policy adherence.
• Acknowledge client inquiries and collect work orders.
• Collect information reports to monitor performance and progress.
• File work orders, proposals, and department paperwork submitted by vendors.
• Monitor activities outside the building, including waste disposal and recycling.
• Follow instructions and ask clarifying questions when needed.
• Respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, coworkers, and supervisors.
• Apply existing procedures to solve straightforward problems under close supervision.
• Deliver outputs by following defined procedures and processes.
