Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Facilities Associate in Taguig to oversee team activities, coordinate with clients, vendors, and contractors, and ensure work orders are completed efficiently. The role sits within the Facilities Management function, supporting property managers with repairs and investment plans.

You will liaise with landlords, tenants, and service providers, allocate and track work orders, and review reports to drive performance improvements across teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with 3–4 years of job-related experience.
• Strong understanding of processes, procedures, and concepts within own function.
• Ability to communicate complex content concisely.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for escalated communications between landlord, tenants, and service providers.
• Allocate work orders and schedule repairs from requests.
• Review data from work orders and present performance updates to management.
• Review vendor paperwork for accuracy and compliance.
• Inspect rooms and furniture to identify repair or renovation needs.
• Fix minor malfunctions in office equipment.
• Research new services and appliances to improve operations.
• Analyze data to solve problems and propose new techniques.
