Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support clients, vendors and contractors in completing facility tasks and work orders. The role sits within facilities management and assists Property Managers with repairs and investment plans.

You will coordinate with landlords, tenants and service providers to ensure procedures are followed, collect information and reports on performance, and maintain documentation. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients, vendors and contractors to ensure tasks and work orders are completed.
• Acknowledge inquiries and collect work orders.
• Maintain and file work orders, proposals and department documents.
• Monitor outside activities such as waste disposal and recycling.
• Follow established procedures and communicate clearly with team and clients.
