Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Associate in the Philippines to oversee teams coordinating with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure work orders are completed.

The role supports FM operations for a portfolio of assets and assists Property Managers with repairs and investment planning. Responsibilities include handling escalations between landlords, tenants, and service providers, coordinating repairs, and presenting performance reports.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of related experience.
• Understanding of processes, procedures, systems and concepts in own job function.
• Ability to convey complex content concisely and clearly.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational skills and inquisitive mindset.
• Advanced math skills for calculating percentages, discounts, and markups.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact for escalated communications between landlord, tenants, and service providers.
• Allocate work orders and schedule repairs from requests.
• Review work order data and present performance and progress reports to management.
• Audit vendor paperwork for accuracy and compliance.
• Inspect rooms and furniture to identify repair or renovation needs.
• Fix minor malfunctions in office equipment.
• Research new services and appliances to improve operations.
• Analyze data to identify and solve complex problems with minimal precedents.
• Support and influence related teams; suggest process improvements to boost team efficiency.
