Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
• Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with landlords, tenants, and service providers to ensure procedures and reporting formats are followed.
• Acknowledge client inquiries and collect work orders.
• Gather information to monitor performance and progress.
• File and organize work orders, proposals, and department files from vendors.
• Monitor off-site activities like waste disposal and recycling.
• Follow instructions and communicate clearly through memos and questions.
• Respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients and colleagues.
• Apply existing procedures to solve straightforward problems under supervision.
