Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking a Facilities Administrator to lead our site Concierge and Maintenance team, oversee construction and expansion projects, and coordinate procurement for materials.

You will ensure on-time project delivery, maintain essential documentation, and support operations and account management initiatives. The role requires HVAC expertise, a driver’s license, and proficiency with SketchUp, AutoCAD, and rendering tools.

Qualifications

• Licensed mechanical or electrical engineer with HVAC background.
• Must have a driver’s license and be able to travel when required.
• Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD and rendering tools.
• Experience handling manpower and coordinating with procurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site Concierge and Maintenance team.
• Oversee construction, renovation, and expansion projects.
• Coordinate bidding, costing, and procurement of materials.
• Ensure 100% completion of projects as scheduled.
• Maintain admin and facilities documentation and reports.
• Support operations and account management projects.
• Adhere to ISO compliance and company policies.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and clean work environment.
• Engage with staff, landlords, suppliers, and visitors as needed.
• Maintain access to Cloudstaff apps and accounts.
