Job summary

Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking a licensed Mechanical or Electrical engineer with strong HVAC background to lead Concierge and Maintenance site operations. The role involves supervising construction, coordinating procurement for materials, and ensuring project completion on schedule.

The candidate should have driver’s license, proficiency in SketchUp and rendering tools, and experience in manpower management. Office-based with possible travel and shifting schedules.

Qualifications

• Licensed Mechanical or Electrical engineer with HVAC experience.
• Driver’s license required.
• Proficient in SketchUp and rendering apps.
• Experience in manpower supervision or management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, holidays and weekends.
• Willing to travel as needed.
• Work from office and physically fit.

Responsibilities

• TL for the Concierge and Maintenance site team.
• Supervise construction, renovation, and expansion projects.
• Coordinate with procurement for bidding, costing, and materials.
• Ensure 100% completion of each project as scheduled.
• Handle admin and facilities documentation/reports.
• Support Operations and Account Management projects.
• Comply with LGU/PEZA requirements.
• Maintain ISO compliance and safety.
