Job summary

NEW CITY BUILDERS is seeking a capable Facilities Manager in the Philippines to oversee maintenance, office administration, and building operations. You will ensure clean, safe, and functional workplaces and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to keep services running smoothly.

Responsibilities include monitoring supplies and equipment, managing documentation, and reporting any safety hazards or regulatory concerns while coordinating with vendors and contractors to deliver timely maintenance

Qualifications

• Graduate with Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience in facilities maintenance, office administration, building operations, or related field.
• Knowledgeable in monitoring and maintaining facility supplies, equipment, and consumables, including tracking usage, repairs, replacements, and replenishment.
• Able to coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and efficient maintenance services.
• Familiar with facility inspections and safety audits while ensuring compliance with company and government regulations.
• Able to identify and immediately report safety hazards, violations, and operational concerns.
• Knowledgeable in company asset and vehicle documentation, including annual registration, filing, and record monitoring.
• Strong understanding of workplace cleanliness, office functionality, and maintaining an organized working environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain good relationships with building administrators, tenants, vendors, and employees.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and documentation management.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
