Job summary

Savills Philippines is seeking an Operations Lead for Facilities Management to oversee maintenance, service delivery, and regulatory compliance across managed properties. You will lead a team, coordinate with vendors, and optimize energy use and costs while maintaining high standards of client satisfaction.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with a professional license and at least 4 years in facilities management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Professional license or eligibility to practice is required.
• At least 4 years of facilities management experience.
• Willing to work on-site and travel to sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, operations, and service delivery of managed properties, ensuring compliance with policies, laws, and standards.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Monitor energy consumption, budgets, and operating costs.
• Ensure health, safety, risk management, permits, licenses, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead and coach Facilities Management team to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Manage vendors and contracts, monitor performance and adherence to standards.
• Monitor billing, revenue targets, and financial requirements for sites.
• Maintain relationships with clients, landlords, and stakeholders through regular engagement.
• Ensure timely submission of operational reports and client deliverables per ISO 9001:2015.
