Job summary

Savills Philippines, Inc. seeks an experienced Operations Lead for Facilities Management to oversee maintenance, service delivery, and regulatory compliance across managed properties. You will lead the FM team, manage vendors, and optimize energy use and costs while ensuring client satisfaction and ISO alignment.

On-site five days a week, you will drive space planning, risk management, and continuous improvements to deliver reliable and sustainable facilities operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Professional License (Passed Board/Professional License Exam) or related course.
• At least 4 years of working experience in Facilities Management.
• Willing to work on site and do field work.
• Amenable to work five (5) days a week.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, operations, and service delivery of managed properties in compliance with policies, laws, and standards.
• Conduct regular property inspections and implement preventive/corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Monitor energy consumption, facility costs, budgets, and expenses; optimize accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, risk management, permits, licenses, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and coach Facilities Management team for efficient service delivery.
• Manage vendors and service providers; monitor contract compliance and performance.
• Monitor billing, collections, and revenue targets for FM sites.
• Maintain strong client relationships with stakeholders through regular engagement.
• Monitor client satisfaction and ensure high-quality FM services.
• Submit operational reports and client deliverables per ISO 9001:2015.
• Support space planning and workplace optimization for productivity and well-being.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Support strategic planning and business development aligned with long-term goals.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Oversee the overall maintenance, operations, and service delivery of managed properties, ensuring compliance with company policies, laws, regulations, and standards.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize equipment downtime and operational disruptions.
• Monitor and optimize energy consumption, facility costs, budgets, and operational expenses.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, risk management, permits, licenses, and other regulatory requirements.
• Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of the Facilities Management team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
• Manage vendors and service providers, including contract compliance, performance monitoring, service quality, and adherence to agreed standards.
• Monitor billing, collections, revenue targets, and financial requirements of Facilities Management sites.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, board of trustees, and other key stakeholders through regular engagement and effective communication.
• Monitor client satisfaction and ensure the delivery of high-quality Facilities Management services.
• Oversee the timely submission of operational reports, documentation, and client deliverables in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
• Support space planning and workplace optimization initiatives to promote productivity, functionality, and employee well-being.
• Identify and implement process improvements and operational enhancements to improve service quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
