Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, operations, and service delivery of managed properties.
• Conduct regular property inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Monitor energy consumption, facility costs, budgets, and expenses.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, permits, licenses, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead, coach, and monitor Facilities Management team performance.
• Manage vendors and service providers, including contract compliance and service quality.
• Monitor billing, collections, and revenue targets for Facilities Management sites.
• Maintain relationships with clients, landlords, and stakeholders through regular engagement.

Operations Lead for Facilities Management

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Oversee the overall maintenance, operations, and service delivery of managed properties, ensuring compliance with company policies, laws, regulations, and standards.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize equipment downtime and operational disruptions.
• Monitor and optimize energy consumption, facility costs, budgets, and operational expenses.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, risk management, permits, licenses, and other regulatory requirements.
• Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of the Facilities Management team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
• Manage vendors and service providers, including contract compliance, performance monitoring, service quality, and adherence to agreed standards.
• Monitor billing, collections, revenue targets, and financial requirements of Facilities Management sites.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, board of trustees, and other key stakeholders through regular engagement and effective communication.
• Monitor client satisfaction and ensure the delivery of high-quality Facilities Management services.
• Oversee the timely submission of operational reports, documentation, and client deliverables in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
• Support space planning and workplace optimization initiatives to promote productivity, functionality, and employee well-being.
• Identify and implement process improvements and operational enhancements to improve service quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Support strategic planning, business development, and other initiatives aligned with the organization's long-term goals.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Professional License (Passed Board/Professional License Exam) or any related course
• At least 4 years of working experience in Facilities Management.
• Willing to work on site and do field work.
• Amenable to work five (5) days a week.
