Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course.

Responsibilities

• Overall in-charge of Facilities.
• In-charge of repairs, renovations, and preventive maintenance of facilities and equipment.
• In-charge of Emergency Response Team (ERT).
• Opening of the Office.
• Monitors day-to-day activities of the office.
• Implements company policies and procedures.
• In-charge of Admin Budget Forecasting, Monitoring and Liquidation of expenses.
• In-charge of Security and Housekeeping Personnel.
