Concentrix in Metro Manila is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, safety, security, and overall functionality of company facilities. You will ensure a safe, efficient, clean and compliant workplace that supports business operations.

You will lead service delivery, manage vendor relationships, monitor budgets, and drive continuous improvement to support business continuity and workplace experience initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong experience in facilities management, building operations, vendor management, and project management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, contracts, and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer service orientation.

Responsabilités

• Manage facility operations, maintenance, housekeeping, safety, and security programs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, building regulations, and emergency preparedness requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, contractors, landlords, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor facility performance and implement best practices to improve operational efficiency.
• Lead facility improvement projects, renovations, and preventive maintenance initiatives.
• Manage departmental budgets, control expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Supervise facility staff and promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and service excellence.
• Address facility-related concerns and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
• Support business continuity, sustainability, and workplace experience initiatives.
