Job summary

SM Development Corporation is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager in Metro Manila to oversee daily property operations and ensure efficient facility management. You will lead site engineers and technical teams, manage budgets, enforce safety procedures, and develop preventive maintenance programs for building systems and services.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Management Engineering, Building Technology, or related field.
• At least five years of experience in property, facilities, or building management.
• Solid knowledge of building regulations, National Building Code, safety and emergency preparedness.
• Excellent communication, report writing, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage client concerns and stakeholder relationships.
• Experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and property financial management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience in building operations, maintenance programs, and contractor management.
• Proven leadership of technical teams and site staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations and ensure efficient facility management.
• Lead and supervise site engineers, technical teams, and support staff.
• Manage property budgets, expenses, and financial performance.
