Ideal candidates have a passion for hospitality, strong English communication, and prior luxury restaurant or 5★ hotel experience.

• Fluent English (plus local language)
• Experience in luxury restaurant or 5★ hotel preferred

Responsibilities

• Interact with restaurant guests and maintain high service standards
• Motivate team members and maintain team spirit
• Handle guest complaints professionally
• Seek ways to increase satisfaction for colleagues, guests and owners
• Support daily operations with the Service Manager, assist forecasting, scheduling and profitability evaluation
• Oversee restaurant decor and atmosphere in partnership with the Service Manager
