Responsibilities

• Interact and engage with restaurant guests while upholding high service standards.
• Motivate and support the restaurant team to sustain a positive team spirit.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and effectively.
• Strive to improve satisfaction for Colleague, Guest and Owner perspectives.
• Assist with daily operations in collaboration with the Service Manager; help with monthly forecasting, weekly scheduling and restaurant profitability evaluation.
• Oversee the overall look and feel of the restaurant in partnership with the Service Manager, including decor and atmosphere.

We are hiring for a Service Leader - Food and Beverage (Sinfully).

As a Service Leader - Food and Beverage (Sinfully), we rely on you to:

• Interact and engage with restaurant guests and maintainhigh quality service standards
• Motivate team members and maintain a high level of team spirit
• Handle guest complaints effectively and professionally
• Consistently look for waysto increase satisfaction levels from a Colleague, Guest and Owner perspective
• Support the daily operation in collaboration with the Service Manager, assist with monthly forecasting, weekly schedule, restaurant profitability evaluation etc.
• Take responsibility, in partnership with the Service Manager, for the operations look and feel, including but not limited to the overall decor and atmosphere of the restaurant.
